Mustafa Mente

With a degree in International Relations from Marmara University, Mr. Mustafa Mente began his career at Bayindir Holding as an internal auditor of their insurance, food, construction, land development and entertainment operations across Turkey and Romania.

In his next position, Mr. Mente spent five years, from 2000 to 2005, coordinating the activities of the Turkish Industrialists and Businessman's Association (TUSIAD) with 58 regional associations and with 41 sector associations in Turkey.

In 2005, Mr. Mente began focusing on the textile sector when he served as Secretary General of the Turkish Clothing Manufacturers' Association. In this capacity he coordinated implementation of all association policies, coordinated member communications and media relations, developed study tours abroad for members, and represented Turkey at Euratex.

From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Mente was Deputy Secretary General of TIM, Turkish Exporters Assembly, responsible for strategy development and corporate communication strategy. For a year worked as investment promotion consultant for Economic Prosperity Initiative, funded by USAID and undertaken by Deloitte and J.E. Austin. From April 2013 to December 2014, he was Secretary General of TIM and from January 2015 to May 2017, he has worked as Secretary General of DEIK.

From October 2017 to February 2019, Mr. Mente was CEO of Barer Corporate which is active in technical textiles, mining and agriculture sectors in Sudan, Chad, Qatar, Turkey and Uzbekistan. Mr. Mente was responsible for international business development, finance / budget control and industrial projects in the Barer Corporate. Since February 2019 he has been managing partner of Partners to the Future.

Mr. Mente has an MBA degree from Bahçeşehir University. He is an avid photographer, as well as an amateur climber with two peak experiments over 5.000 m.

Mert Yoleri

After graduating from Econometrics, Istanbul University, Mr. Mert Yoleri has began his career at Hey Tekstil, which was one of the biggest ready garment exporter of Turkey to the global brands, as production and planning specialist. After spending 8 years, he has been hired as the General Manager of the company, responsible of 6 factories, 2500 staff, 320 subcontractors and was managing an annual budget of 110 ml USD.

In his next position, Mr. Yoleri took place as advisor to the board at Werva Trade company, Siemens Home Appliances Distributor to Iraq, responsible of implementation of software and development of management systems.

After completing the projects, Mr. Yoleri was General Manager of Salur, a member of Arikanli Holding, which was active in sales of organic food and beverages. Conducted the establishment of the company, composed organizational structures and supply chain, got started the activities.

From 2015 to 2016, he was Deputy General Manager of Deba Tekstil, which is one of the biggest ready garment exports as a member of Delta Holding, which has 2 half-entegrated factories and 1500 staff. Responsible of supply chain, production and marketing.

From 2016 to 2018, he was advisor to the board of Maad Zist Fanavar Beynolmelal, which is operating in medical devices production and trading, located in Tehran, Iran. Leaded a joint venture project of medical device production between a Turkish medical device manufacturer and Maad ZİST. Including establishing a factory in Iran, transferring know-how from Turkish manufacturer to Iranian based factory in order to produce devices in Iran.

From 2018 to 2019, he was Director of Marketing and Planning of Grup Impeks, which is active in supplying technical textiles and equipment to the corporations and armed forces in Sudan, Chad, Qatar, Turkey and Uzbekistan. Responsible for worldwide supply chain, designing and marketing activities.

Since March 2019, he has been partner at “Partners to the Future”, responsible of projects regarding supply chain.

He is a beginner Spanish learner, noob Tango dancer and a beginner level sailboat captain.

Tuncay Dinc

Tuncay Dinc, after his graduation from Galatasaray High School and Bogazici University, worked as finance and project manager in different positions in Kibar Holding, Lafarge Turkey and Avea, (a former subsidiary of Telecom Italia); and took role as manager in the merger process of Aycell-Aria, which was the largest ever merger in the telecommunication sector in Turkey.

He worked as Deputy General Manager and CFO between 2007 and 2015 in the world renowned airline catering company Turkish DO & CO, a joint venture between Turkish Airlines and DO & CO AG.

From 2015 to 2016, Tuncay Dinc, as the CEO of Borsa Istanbul (Turkey’s Stock Exchange) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Takasbank (Clearing, Settlement and Custody House of Turkey), successfully implemented the transformation project of Borsa Istanbul, in partnership with Nasdaq, and replaced the old trading system of the Exchange with the Genium Inet System. In his tenure, he established a strategic partnership with EBRD and EBRD became a shareholder in Borsa Istanbul, by transfer of shares.

After working in several projects as an advisor and board member in different companies in Turkey, Middle East and Africa, and in francophone countries, he executed, as the CEO of the company, between 2017 and 2020, the largest integrated textile project in Africa, Tayal Spa, majority-owned by the Algerian state, and executed the first production, sales and export operations, after the completion of the project.

Tuncay Dinç joined Partners to the Future team in 2020.

Bora Özerman

After graduating from Kadikoy Anatolian High School and receivinga degree in Economics from Marmara University, , Mr.Bora Ozerman began his career at KPMG-Peat Marwick (Turkey), a renowned international consultancy and audit firm. Subsequent to his career in KPMG between1994-1998, he started working in Bayindir Holding as an internal auditor, and later on as the internal audit manager, responsible for auditing of their insurance, food, construction, land development and entertainment operations across Turkey and Romania. ,

He moved to Bucharest (Romania) in 2006 as an expatriate in the biggest residential development of Romania at the time, an investment by Buyukhanlı Group. He worked in Romanian real estate company as the Assistant General Manager responsible from Financial Affairs.

Mr.Ozerman came back to Istanbul in 2008 to work as a Business Development Director in Deneyim Proje Planlama Insaat ve Ticaret A.S, where a high-skilled team of professionals provide consultancy services for various real estate projects locally and abroad.

Between 2012-2020, he worked as the General Manager and Member of the Board in the same company, where he and his Deneyim team also developed two award winning residential projects of their own, besides the consultancy works rendered to third parties. Mr.Bora was responsible from sales and marketing operations of all the projects the company was involved in.

In 2020 March Mr.Ozerman moved to Skopje (North Macedonia) as an expatriate in the biggest mixed-use development project of the country, an investment of USD 300 millions by Limak Group. He worked as the Sales & Marketing Director, in charge of the sales and marketing of residences and offices.

In 2021 November, Mr.Ozerman came back to Istanbul and joined Partners to the Future team.

He is currently providing consultancy services for real estate projects on feasibility study preparation, budgeting, building up the sales & marketing process and project finance related issues.
